Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened packages of undergarments or hosiery
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and any free gifts that came with your order.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: Ship via DHL or FedEx (customer responsible for shipping costs)
  • International Returns: Please contact us for specific return instructions as duties and taxes may apply

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item(s) you want
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive your return
  4. Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we process your exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
