  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our medical apparel from brands like Cherokee, Barco, Butter-Soft, and Betsey Johnson Scrubs. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened undergarments/hosiery, personalized/custom items, and “Final Sale” marked products

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size, color, quantity)
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original items, tags, and free gifts in original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to provided address using a trackable method (customer pays return shipping)

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Appearance: Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear on your statement
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Need a different size of your Cherokee Flexibles or color of Butter-Soft STRETCH scrubs?

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly specify your desired exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  4. Bonus: We cover shipping costs for exchanges!

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item from our 360 by Healing Hands or Carhartt Scrubs collections:

  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
